OUR PROGRAM LINEUP
Within programs, we focus on the student-athletes to prepare and develop each individually for their 1-on-1 skills, and live action situations. If the student-athlete cannot create for themselves it will be just as hard to create for anyone being one-dimensional.

DEVELOPMENTAL CLINICS
The skill developmental clinics focus on learning the basics fundamental skills of basketball, being active, and most importantly having fun.

ADVANCED TRAINING
The advanced training focus on preparing our athletes with above-average practice study habits to translate over for live action game flow tempos.

COLLEGE PREP TRAINING
College pre training sessions helps you build confidence and be ready for the competition with a specialized workout tailored for each individual.

PRIVATE TRAINING
Private Training is an ideal option for student athletes who want to work on specific skills, higher intensity, repetitions, proper techniques and drills to help improve their overall skill set.

PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Sports Performance Training provides a progressive power, speed, agility, strength and conditioning training program for all student-athletes of all ages and skill levels.

ADULT WORKOUTS
This special series of workouts is for men and women, ages 18 and over, of all skill levels and abilities who want to start their day with a WIN and high-quality basketball workout.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
After School Clinics operates Monday through Friday and is an instructional basketball training regimen to help young players develop and improve their skills.

BIRTHDAY WORKOUT
Give the gift of an unforgettable birthday celebration! Birthday The Workouts experiences are 90-minute long for up to 15-20 participants (ages 8+)
